At E-CUE we approach our work in the premise that natural Opening Hours (resource management) and environmental concerns are synergistic. As such, our guiding principle is that such concerns, in most cases are best approached from a framework of multi-disciplinary. Our key resident experts have a wide experience havng worked in the Eastern African Region and beyond.

In offering our services, we use the latest technological approaches including state of the art equipment for measuring environmental parameters such as noise and air quality. We also adopt various computer based modelling programmes to suit specific tasks where necessary.

E-CUE ASSOCIATES is well equipped to plan and manage complex or sensitive projects. Our strength comes from an ability to draw from a core group of associate experts that covers the required technical disciplines.

Other than the traditional environmental and social impact assessment and audit, we have particular experience in developing assessment methodologies for comparing and evaluating alternatives, based on trade-offs between the cost, risk and the environmental and social impacts of different options. The company employs appropriate methodology which allows a wide range of plan or programme performance indicators to be quantified, which aids in the identification and selection of preferred alternative, formulation of suitable mitigation measures and relevant environmental audits.

The company also provides expert witnesses for Publc Inquiries where Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) has been used to support the selection of options which are subsequently taken forward for development.
